She is a sherry colored hunting beagle pup of 8 months. An extremely active female Snoopy Dog she is; who chases the all hares of the neighbourhood if given the slightest chance.
The idea is that I am going to keep her with me to try to give her "some good upbringing" , according to her busy, real owner, the hunter. I think she will be fine here down on the farm with plenty of space and woods to roam around in. In the end it will probably be a case if "shared custody" of silky Sherry which suites me fine, given my many trips to the mainland and abroad. She will then join her breeder on his hunting sprees all over Sweden.
An ideal arrangement for all three parties - no doubt!
(PS: being a silly romantic on Valentins day I will pronounce "Sherry": Chèrie from now on! The hunters may have any opinion on this they like! Ha! )
